How to enter Access the Abstract Submission Form by clicking the red “Abstract submission” button next to the menu, located at the top of this page. You will be able to submit up to 3 abstracts at the same time. The online submission system permits the abstract(s) to be copied from a word processing document or a clipboard and pasted directly into the submission field (abstracts are limited to 300 words) Please ensure that:
- Your information and selections are correct
- Select the correct theme/topic
- Authors are listed in the proper order
- No typographical errors appear in the title, the authors’ names, or the text of the abstract.
If this is your first time visiting our Abstract Manager, you will need to create an account. That option will appear when you click on the Submit Abstract Button.
To create an account, you will have to click the “Need to create an account?” link at the bottom. This will take you to a Create an account interface.
If you have already created an account, you should be able to enter your valid email and password
If you do not remember your password (but have already created an account), you should be able to click the “Forgot your password?” link under the Password box to request a reset password email.
After you create an account, you will be returned to this page and have to click the button below to submit your abstract.
